“I was looking for a specialty beer for the groom at my daughters wedding, I searched all surounding counties no one had it until i called this store they had it they were very friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond great customer service.”
“Customer service is Great ?, I'm not knowledgeable about the drinks , mixers etc. However I gave a description of a bottle that I was looking for ,for my husband to a gentleman , and instead of him giving me an idk or no help at all , I got a give me just a sec ma'am, and he got another associate, she listened to the description also and both of them helped me find what I needed within Abt 5 min with no aggravation especially with it being Christmas Eve. With 10+ years of customer service under my belt it was really nice to get welcoming helpful assistance. That was my first time walking in the building , I was already in Amazement because of it being well stocked , aisles zoned neatly , associates hands on , and it literally looks like an adult beverage super mall just topped it off...On top of that the lady that works the drive thru with the bob , is hella AWESOME , very informative and friendly... That's normally the way I go to grab the grown ppl Pepsi's as I call it.”
“First time visiting to the area, I popped in to check out the bourbon to get a bottle for a beach weekend. The main man at the front was super friendly as soon as I walked in the door. He asked what I was looking for, I asked him for a specific bottle I really liked, and he looked it up for me and found the last one in the back. Additionally I had my little girl and he made her day with a lollipop and was super nice to her. And to boot, the bottle I got even though an allocated one was sold to me at an exceptional price. Holy smokes, what more can you want from a local liquor store. 5 stars, just come here!??”
