  I love navy federal but trust me stay away from this branch they won't get anything done and really are just all around rude. I've went in over 13 times and everytime I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but always they come back being nasty and unprofessional.

  I love Navy Federal I've been with them for years and have always been treated with the utmost respect. But this branch tellers and staff are rude, unprofessional, short, and disingenuous. We came in yesterday to ask a question about a family members who just opened an account with them. The teller (Stephanie Gay) blantaly lied and said she told her all of the information even tho she never talked to the said family member. Then after going to the teller to deposit money. The teller just seemed as if we incoveniencing her. I would not recommend dealing with this specific branch.
