“Every time I visit, I’m greeted at the door or by the cashier with a warm smile. The entire team is consistently friendly, helpful, and genuinely seems to enjoy what they do—which creates such a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere for customers. I also really appreciate that there’s always someone available to help load heavy or bulky items into my car. I never have to ask or go looking for assistance, which sets this store apart from some of the larger hardware chains nearby.
