Okay. I have been waiting to give this review so I could be honest and I needed time to see if the repair held up.
I sent my car here to have a clutch installed. The owner agreed that his mechanic would do the job however, the mechanic works at night because he has a day job. To this, I also agreed because there was no rush on the repair. I even paid half the money wich turned into me paying it all off before the repair was even started.
The owner insisted that there was miscommunication and that the mechanic would get it done. This took several more weeks where I was being lied to on a daily basis about the progress of the job. My car sat on the side of the shop for up to 3 months until I became that customer that calls multiple times a day.
So, the clutch finally got installed and the owner tells me it was a failed install after stating that my input shaft may have busted. This was to cover having the car longer. The bad instalation blew the new clutch. I warranty swapped the clutch.
During this time the mechanic was now trying to say it was not his fault and wanted to charge me again for doing his job right.
On the final night of my car being worked on it was brought to my attention that the mechanic stepped out to the bar to have a drink in between working on it.
I got my car back. I have driven it for almost 60 days to ensure I was right in saying all of this. My car has cranked up with a rumble everyday since, I can not shift into low gear and my shifter is a notch off( in reverse sais I'm in neutral. Neutral sais I'm in drive and I cannot go past drive to low gear) I called the shop back and the owner said it was a loose bracket. He did not say bring it back and we'll handle it. It has been roughly 2 months and I'm scared my car Is going to fail me randomly. Owners name is Josh and I'm almost positive the mechanics name is Dawson. They are part of the reason people can't trust mechanics and I just want to save the next person. Good luck and if this review scares you... pay the little bit extra to go to the dealership. I am an honest man and anyone that disputes this review can be met with evidence validating my review. Do better camden. They operate together. Don't let one or the other blame each other.

Picked up the phone after hours and invited me to the shop to borrow a tool for my motorcycle that I had checked half a dozen stores for with no luck. Solid dude. Will be back if I have a need for custom work later.

Even after all the issues he had with the paint none of which was his doing he still managed to get them done on time and they look amazing thank you my hat's off to you your the shit.

I have absolutely NOTHING bad to say about josh and his staff. He will forever be considered A-1 in my book. A true man of his word. One thing that I’ve learned about Josh is, if he tells you he will have your WHATEVER it is , ready for pick up by a certain time, you best believe,,,,,IT WILL BE READY.
STR8 up solid dude.
So glad I found a good, local custom guy that doesn’t mind standing behind his word. Be mostly I’m happy that I found a true friend.

Josh has worked on my car twice and I have been very happy with all his work!! He even pulled a dent out for me!! He does it all!! Incredible mechanic and well recommended!!

Highly recommend! Josh found damage to our jeep that other collision centers didn’t. He was super patient and understanding while dealing with our insurance company that took two months to process our claim. Once the claim was approved he had the work done FAST! Now our jeep is back and looking better than ever.
Very professional. Great communication. Quick high quality work. Will be using for all future vehicle work.

Josh and his crew were awesome with my Harley Sportster. It wouldn’t start after I replaced the battery and I called around two other places to see if anyone could work on a Harley. The answer I got was “we can’t (or don’t) work on Harley’s. Then I called One Off Kustoms and Josh said he’d get it sorted. While there I asked for spark plugs and oil change to add to my order. When it was done he said no charge for it not starting. Apparently I missed reattaching a wire! In a dumbass! So he got it sorted easily enough and was honest. He could have said it was any issue and charged me for it but he didn’t. Great communication. I’ll keep his info for future issues.
