Once I arrived at the store he had all the different essential products for my son's furry friend all layed out for me to decide. He gave me very valuable information as well as a printout for the care and needs for the hamster. The customer service at this store is Top Notch and there is no question of why he is the manager. “Mr, Ward, these rare and brave, very few volunteers who trap for Cats Angels are very loving, kind people. When trapping they no longer check after dark to see if they have a cat in a trap. It is dangerous for them in so many ways. It's unfortunate but it is what it is. Your trapper is one of the best and is extremely caring about helping the cats. Maybe not so much about demanding or thoughtless people who don't offer help of any kind and whose expectations are often unreasonable.”
“The current staff is very friendly. I do not, however, understand how I can drive to Waycross and get a round bale for $40, but I would be charged $95 a bale here. Please make it make logical sense. The profit margin on this is unbelievable. This doesn't encourage me to shop local and discourages me from wanting to shop for much of anything here unless it is my only option”
“I went in for gardening needs & they had everything I needed. I thought some of the items were a little pricey, but I bought them because it was easier than going around looking for them at other stores & wasting the gas & my time & it was just a few items. Some of the staff was very helpful while Some staff had no idea if they even carried some of the items let alone where they may be.”

“I am in Tractor Supply a couple times a month for dog food and everything I walk in, the staff in welcoming. The store always seems to be in an orderly fashion, clean, and shelves adequately stocked. We’ve never had a problem with this location.”

“Good place for pet supplies, but I feel like they're rewards program and offers lack behind that of other businesses. Regardless, it's the only type of store with the food we use, so I'll get over it.”
