Very helpful staff, great discounts & price drops. The frozen rodents are a little more expensive compared to other stores but overall a good pet store.

Took my dog for a grooming here yesterday and it took them over 3 1/2 hours to shave my dog. Then when we walked in my poor dog was yelping so loud! He sounded like he was in so much pain because they were ripping the hair out of his ears. They never said they were going to pluck the hair…. The person at front desk said he was just scared of the buzzer but they never used a buzzer they ripped all his hair out and my dog has been uncomfortable ever since. It was awful my little one was traumatized and felt like he needed to save his dog. They were very rude when we walked in to check on him and at the end gave us loads of free things to compensate for the woman’s behavior…. We will not be going back there. I don’t think my dog will ever be comfortable with being groomed again.
Update 4 days later his ears are still in agony we can’t even touch them. Going to have to take him to the vets because they hurt him so badly.

We take our 13 year old beagle there for baths and nail trims. They always do a great job. And he is happy to walk in there and go back for grooming.... Highly recommend them for grooming!

I was a little disappointed in this store. I had high hopes going in, being a sister store to Tractor Supply I left very disappointed. There were several employees in the store just leaning around doing nothing.

I took my 5 pound yorkie there for grooming appointment, to start off, they didn't know what they were doing. We were told that she had "interesting hair", I have never been told this out of all the groomers she's been to. If anything we have been told that she has a beautiful coat. I honestly don't even think they gave her a bath, she doesn't smell like she has and they didn't even remove the coal from her eyes, a basic procedure for when you're bathing a dog. It honestly looks like I cut her hair... the cut is completely uneven and they didn't cut around her paws at all. And lastly when receiving her back it was said that "she survived". Well what is that supposed to mean? How exactly were you handling her to have said that because she's entirely small to be manhandled. $70 for this is INSANE.

So, ive never given reviews to any place. Ever. But this deserves to be posted so other people don’t make the same mistake. My dog is a shih tzu she is getting old. I’ve gone to this place 2 times to get her nails trimmed and everything was perfect. Staff was friendly, loved it. Today for the first time, I went to drop her off for her full grooming appointment at 9:30 in the morning. I get the call she is ready later i go to the counter and the whole staff is there they tell me they cut her in several spots because she had knots. What?! My dog has had minor knots before at other groomers from back at home in Florida and they had NEVER cut her. EVER. Once again, she has never been cut at a groomers. And on top of that, i still had to pay 69 dollars for a grooming where she got injured and a haircut that wasn’t even finished or what i wanted for her. I really liked this place before but this crossed the line for me, it is unacceptable. Our pets are like family so it hurts seeing her like this…
