My tech did a beautiful job and was engaging. I think it’s their practice because this was my second visit different tech and the atmosphere was inviting. I enjoyed it from start to finish. They communicate with the client instead of just chatting it up with each other excluding client by speaking in a language we don’t understand. I have noticed this in several shops here but not this one. They will have my dollars on all future visits.

Donna was excellent. My first time with her.
Stylist: Tina is wonderful. She’s very gentle and thorough. I like her very much. I went to her at another salon a few times and found her here at q nails after a couple months. So glad.

This salon is the best I have visited in years. From Ruben when you walk in, to Donna who does my hands and feet, you are made to feel welcome and at ease. No one talks over you or ignores you when you're talking. I am always treated with respect. I really enjoy my experience when ever I am there.
It is worth every penny for the services they provide.
