The St.Marys Ga office was not running very efficiently. Appointments were approximately 45 minutes behind schedule. Fortunately, I had time to wait on this day, otherwise, I would have walked out and rescheduled in Jacksonville. St.Marys was definitely below a passing grade today. Every time I have went in Jacksonville, I was in and out in 10 minutes or less. Sad St. Marys, do better.

BEBE is by far the best Phlebotomist ever! She is kind reassuring and she knows what she is doing. I have blood work often and have been though Clinical trials where I have been injected with numerous PRP needles at one time. Bene is so good that I can’t even feel it when she puts the needle in or when she takes it out. I can tell you that BEBE is by far the best when it comes to knowing her job and knowing how to treat patients. I don’t want anyone else taking my blood. I have been coming to the St Mary’s/Kingland Location for 3 years now and BEBE has always been spot on and she is the only one who gets it right the first time. She treats everyone with respect and explains the process and goes over the insurance every single time. She cares about her patients first and takes extreme pride in doing a good job! She does deserve a raise!!

The Afro American nurse and the Indian/Indigenous nurse are always awesome. Sorry, not good with names. Myself nor my wife ever have to wait long and it’s always in & out and pleasant each time and I don’t like needles and get very nervous when it comes to having my blood drawn. I avoid going to any Quests in Jax FL because the wait time is very long, I’m talking hours and some of the workers there are treat you rudely and unprofessional. Quest in St. Mary’s has always been an awesome experience each time. I have no problem driving a few miles for this type of customer service.

I cannot remember her name, but she isn’t younger. Mentioned either 19 or 20. I informed her of my fear of needles, she reassured me that she was gentle and kept talking to me to take my mind off of the needle in my arm. Hands down, my best bloodwork experience ever. She made me so comfortable!! That girl needs a raise and some appreciation!

The best lab around, hands down! Easy to make an appointment online, easy check-in, seen on time, the nicest phlebotomists that are great at what they do, and results sent via email in the next couple of days. No more sitting for hours to be seen. In & out!

It was easy to schedule my appointment for the best time of day for me. The lab was clean and the lab tech was knowledgeable and skilled...highly recommend.

To check in online you have to wait until 10 minutes before your appointment. I always show up early hoping that I will be seen early if they are caught up on appointments. I think it should be allowed at least 30 minutes before but understand it might not help me be seen sooner, but it just might. Thanks.

chandra was so gentle. My first visit to Quest. This was after being bruised terribly (several visits) at LabCorp. I had no bruising at all! I will continue to come to Quest
