KiKi was phenomenal. She was very helpful, professional and friendly. She made everything go smoothly. The 26 ft truck was great, it rides very smoothly. I will definitely return. The pickup location is excellent! Although overall the truck ran ok, it has seen better days with 163,000 miles on it. It has problems shifting from drive to reverse that if not fixed it will break down sometime soon.
