Had such q good time with the staff here getting my wife's and I's passports, made everything simple and easy about what we needed and how to do it, since we didn't have a long form we still had to figure that out but we got it with their help. Very great customer service. And such a cheerful work environment.

Had a package that went from Tennessee, to Jacksonville, to Puerto Rico, to Jacksonville, and finally here to me. Kelly at the St Marys office provided incredible support to me throughout the entire process. Even after that issue was resolved, she still assisted me with another problem (outside of official requests, mind you).
In an age where receiving real support from people that actually care is becoming the exception vs the norm, Kelly, the Postmaster, and the rest of the St Marys USPS staff continue to be an example of what USPS can achieve.

Recently moved to this area and started mailing a bunch of items. Ms. Joy has helped us the most and is amazing. Every employee that I have had an interaction with has been so nice and helpful. I'm there 2 to 4 times a week and it's always a pleasure to visit.

We live in Pa and also st Mary’s Ga. We recently moved to a new home in st Mary’s , GA and completed the chg of address forms. It’s been almost 3 mos and no mail. Called post office on 09/23 15 min b4 closing and no one will answer.

Had an appointment for passport, Ms Wilson said not on list but if person doesn't show she would help me. Person didn't show and she didn't help me. Have confirmed appt and time. Didn't matter asked to speak to postmaster, not available

Worst service I’ve had in a very long time. I I forgot I had something sent to me and when I checked it had been 3 weeks since delivered to my parcel locker and I never received a key. Well the post master and the rest of the employees thought it would be great to be disrespectful on the phone and to ignore my request to just have to parcel boxes checked to make sure nothing was inside of them . This establishment has the rudest workers and is very unprofessional.
