Whoever delivers the mail is usually kind enough to leave notes when they can't do something, or are unsure of what to do. The woman working at the desk is very polite and helpful. She went way above and beyond, and was patient with me asking questions to clarify

The new workers at our post office with hold our mail. We watch them deliver everyday like clockwork. If it’s something requiring a signature they will not bring it to you to sign, they just leave notices saying they tried (when they drive right past you). The young lady with the accent (she looks Caucasian but she has a foreign accent) attempted to argue about the fact that no one had even attempted to deliver the letters in question. She told me that if it takes an extra few minutes to deliver the mail then they won’t deliver because they don’t get paid for that. So basically telling me that mail carriers don’t get paid to deliver mail. We live in a small community and we have never had issues with our mail in the 43 years that we’ve been here. This is unacceptable customer service and ZERO professionalism her part.
