“I have lived at The George for several years now. The staff has always been helpful. I never been concerned for my safety. If I need something they’ve been quick to respond. They’ve paired me with good roommates. Their facilities are clean and enjoyable. Also when there was a major outrage due to a storm my apartment complex was one of the few places that had power. I would definitely recommend”
“I've been a tenant here for almost a year and so far I'm very pleased. The office staff and maintenance are always friendly and willing to help out in any way. My only concerns are people dumping their trash out in front of the dumpster beside my apartment and people playing loud music late at night.”
“They went above and beyond to make the move as smoothly as possible. I travel a lot for my position and stay in many hotels,apartments,rentals. This was one of the easiest and stress-free experiences I have had. Amber kept it simple,explained everything and did a great job showing the demo. Only complaint is that the residents don't care about the property and leave random trash items by their car,in the grass and in breezeway. Really enjoy the amenities that come with living here. Good job team”
“This is my second school year here at Cottage Row and I absolutely love it for several reasons, specifically the maintenance crew, Louise and Jonathan. they have always gone above and beyond for me and my roomates. from small simple fixes to big ones, they have always responded fast, done an amazing job, and been over the top friendly. 10/10 would always recommend.”
“this was my first year living here, and I have nothing but good things to say about this place! loved my apartment and the staff here is so nice. I lived in a 3 bed 3 bath and it was perfect. rooms are spacious and closet is very good size. the pool is nice and love you can walk to other amenities including gym, computer room, and also the leasing office. grocery store is close to this complex so not a far drive. my favorite part about my place was the big balcony where you can sit and watch the sunset. most of all very affordable. would definitely recommend living here!! thank you garden district for a great year!”

“I must say that my stay at the seasons apartments was a good and entertaining experience. Very spacious rooms, walk in closets, was just what I needed. Never had a problem with the landlord, she was awesome the whole 3 years I resided on the property. Would recommend the property to anyone seeking a place to stay. Thank you for everything Jennifer.”

“I’ve really enjoyed my time at Cambridge at Southern so far! I live in a two bedroom apartment. The community is welcoming, the staffs are super helpful, and the location is perfect for student life as the campus bus is available from the this location and nearest distance to GSU campus. It’s been a great place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient living experience near campus.Most importantly, it's furnished and the rent comes with utilities, so no worry about extra utility bill. Overall, it is a really nice place where you can call it home.”

“In the beginning, I was not pleased with the way my apartment looked, in regards to the uncleanliness of it and my expectations of it being ready to move-in. However, Katherine Brown, the community manager, was really kind and helpful in making accommodations for me to still be able to move in early, which I truly appreciate. While I waited for the vendors to come in and change out my carpet, I was able to stay in and move my stuff into another room that was clean. After they changed my carpet, which only took 2 days, I was able to move my stuff into my room and decorate. I am very happy with how everything turned out, and am glad they were able to work things out for me!!”
