“As soon as you report a possible issue about your account, they are on the ball helping to correct it. Since they are a large enough bank, you can always reach someone over the phone to report a lost or stolen card. If this occurs, all you have to do is contact the bank, over the phone is fine, tell them what charges are/aren't yours and they'll have your $ back to you in no time. They also give you a temporary replacement card which you use just until you're new card arrives, usually within the week.
The employees are always polite and eager to help, both over the phone and in the office.”
