“Came into Mr. Rawl's body shop with a 99 Lincoln Town Car with the left side passenger headlight assembly gone and a rolled up and dented fender after a small accident. When it was time to pick up my car I was absolutely stunned. You can't even tell there was damage to my car. Excellent service. Excellent pricing and an all around great atmosphere. “What a great company! Stranded at the Statesboro Library with a dead battery--no one had jumper cables. I called the closest auto parts store--it was my lucky day! I spoke with Brandon at Carquest, who I later found out is one of the owners. He said, I will send someone to help you. There are no kinder words when you find yourself in trouble! Sure enough, a gentleman drove up and we got the 10 year old battery charged. I went to Carquest and purchased a new battery, installed by the owner, Brandon! We also purchased a set of jumper cables. I may not need them, but maybe I can help someone else. I highly recommend Carquest in Statesboro for over and beyond wonderful customer service.”

“Thank you Jimmy Britt. More importantly thank you to Bubba and the ladies in the service department. My check engine light was on and despite taking my vehicle to 2 other dealerships, no one serviced my vehicle or told me what the problem was. Bubba took the time to explain what service was needed and how long it may take. Although, he didnt have a loaner for me. The turn atound tume was short (1 day). Their customer service is impeccable. I appreciate their effort and southern hospitality. They set the standard very high. Thank you again.”
