Bought a car in Florida back in July, have had nothing but issues with the battery that was just installed in June by an interstate battery person in Jacksonville, FL. I was advised by the dealership that I MUST drive an hour to an interstate battery location to replace as there may be a dead cell. After calling around this past weekend I got in touch with a District representative for this store who assured me his people would assist and he was true to his word. “Went to Advance Auto Parts today because I couldn’t figure out what was going on with my car, and I’m so glad I did! I was greeted by Kirby, the general manager, and he was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He never once made me feel like I was a hassle, and he took the time to explain the issue with my battery, what other issues it could cause, all of my options, and the differences between them. As someone who doesn’t know much about car batteries, I really appreciated how patient and informative he was.
Kirby even changed my battery for me and insisted that I sit inside while he worked because he didn’t want me sitting outside in the heat. He was so kind, courteous, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Customer service like this is hard to find, and I’m very grateful for his help! Advance Auto Parts is lucky to have someone like Kirby!”

“Thank you Jimmy Britt. More importantly thank you to Bubba and the ladies in the service department. My check engine light was on and despite taking my vehicle to 2 other dealerships, no one serviced my vehicle or told me what the problem was. Bubba took the time to explain what service was needed and how long it may take. Although, he didnt have a loaner for me. The turn atound tume was short (1 day). Their customer service is impeccable. I appreciate their effort and southern hospitality. They set the standard very high. Thank you again.”
