The Customer service is GARBAGE. All the employees in this bank Teller are not doing their job well instead of taking good care of the customer. They are so busy gossiping and keep talking to each other during work time. It bothers me i have’nt seen customer service like that gossiping to co-workers first before their job that is why it takes forvever in line coz this group of ladies busy gossiping. They need to improve their customer service or replace all of them in the front teller. They love gossips more than their job.

The worst customer service I’ve ever received from a bank. I cash my checks every week from this bank through the drive-thru and because you can’t see whose behind the counter from other vehicles and the machine I’m never able to see name tags or barely see anyone behind the counter. So today at 1:30 I came to cash my check and I told the lady I come every week but I don’t have my ID and because I don’t know the workers names or who’ve cashed my check before I she wasn’t able to. She tells me she can deposit it into my account but can’t cash the check. I then go online to get a new ID and I walk-in the bank to let her know what I was doing and if it was acceptable she rolled her eyes and was mumbling talking about me as I left.

My mother has dealt with this Bank when it was First Bullock Bank for almost 50 years with the same bank through all the name changes and now it has become the worst bank in the United States of America she cannot write a check to someone who is not a customer with this bank and they just want to charge $8 fee.

WORST BRANCH/BANK EVER THEY MERGED WITH SUNTRUST AND STARTED GETTING DISRESPECTFUL THEY CALLED ME OUT OF MY NAME THE BANK MANAGER SPOKE OVER ME REPEATEDLY AND THEN CUT OFF THE CONVERSATION AND WALKED AWAY NO HELP AT ALL GO SOMEWHERE BETTER ❌❌❌❌

I’ve been trying to get someone on the phone for two days now because my account info was entered wrong and I don’t have access to my business account. Not only do they have under trained staff but they have cost me more money than what I’ve deposited.

I went into the Branch to make a Church Deposit and the customer service was not worthy of 1 Star. If I place my identification then my funds to deposit in your hand it’s beyond rude to place my ID then deposit slip on the countertop. It’s no longer the 17th Century.

A bank that WONT ACCEPT CASH! I'm all the way in Atlanta and my boyfriend can't put cash in my account! What if I had an emergency? This is absurd! I am switching banks immediately and will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
