The manager Jordan was very friendly and answered any questions I had .And he got my phone fixed very fast..If you ever have any problems please give them a chance...I give them a 10 out of 10

I brought my phone in for what was supposed to be a $200 screen repair, but when I picked it up, I was suddenly charged $300 with no clear explanation or warning about the price increase. Since getting my phone back, it has been overheating constantly, not functioning properly, and my phone calls keep cutting out, which was never an issue before the repair. It’s honestly worse than when I brought it in. Extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and the poor quality of the work. I would not recommend this place if you want your phone to be fixed correctly or fairly priced.

I just stopped in cellairis at the Statesboro mall. My phone wouldn't accept a charge. The owner/manager met me with a smile. Within 10 minutes he had diagnosed and fixed my issue. Professional, kind, inexpensive. I will certainly be back! Thank you!

My daughter cellphone screen was cracked really bad, so we went here to see about getting it fixed. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and given a great price to fix the phone, which came to no more than $87 dollars. The process was quick, and it didn't take no more than 30 minutes to fix the screen. I will highly recommend this place when you need your phone fixed. #fast service #clean store #friendly staff

The guy the helped me here was wonderful. My phone had shut off (black apple screen) when I did an update and would not come on. I had then taken it to AT&T, TWICE, to see if they could fix it. They said I would have to file an insurance claim or get an upgrade (mind you my phone is less than 1 year old). I brought it in to cellaris and the guy had it back on and recovered in 20 minutes. He was so helpful and kind. Very appreciative of his help. Saved me $$$$$$

My wife took her phone in for a broken screen. She started having problems with her phone after the repair was made by Cellairis. She went back within two days, and they would not make it right. I ended up taking her phone to another phone repair shop, and they stated the screen they used was the cheapest one you could find. Never going back to Cellairis again, what a rip off.

Tried to call them for hour no one answered went by the store and it was closed before the time that it was suppose to be closed. Said they were going to call me and give me an update today and did not.

I gave them my PlayStation 5 to fix up and it took them 3 months to give me any updates so I finally had enough and decided to go get my system only for them to tell me that it’s been fixed since the second week it was there. They gave it to me for free but 2 days afterwards of playing my game it started acting up again. Don’t shop here

Had a charging issue with my phone- Caleb hooked me up with a quick fix, on and out in 5 minutes. I will be going back here every time I have a phone issue. Very happy with the service.

They did such a great and quick job. I came in thinking that I would need my phone cleaned and fixed but they figured out the problem just needed some cleaning and I was good to go. Amazing service, will be back if I need any future fix.
