The man that let's the trucks in the gate and gets them situated is super nice and really great at his job. Woke up the drivers early and gave us doors early to get us out of the driveway.

Good morning fellow drivers this place is awesome never never seen in my truck driving at all especially Mr Reese who work here got me seal the trailer & loaded was super duper nice man I wish there could be people like this on earth will be heaven on this earth & the lady on phone is super nice too the one who check in tooOvernight parking: outside for 2 truck but there is 3 truck stop near by

Typical cold storage warehouse, loaded me within an hour,easy parking, overnight parking as well. My load was overweight when I checked my trailer scale, I immediately told them at the office and they wanted a scale ticket drove miles away to get one, came back and showed them and it was rectified this guy Sin was pretty helpful.

This is how a company should be ran. Efficient. The Americold's, Target's, and other big companies should take a page from Claxton Cold Storage. Had a 10 am appointment., checked in at 6:50 am. Loaded and seal placed on door at 8:03 am. This is a company that understands "time is money". We'll done Claxton Cold Storage. Would PU/DL anytime to this facility.

Arrived a day before my appointment then I called them to check in and they said to come in the morning to the office and they will give me a door. My appointment was 13:30pm, I got loaded with the paperwork at 8:10am. Overnight parking, very nice place to pick up and delivery. Nice guy who loaded me, lady from the front desk is little mean.
