Came here to find a cell phone case for my 15 pro max and this place was the only place that had one. The phone is new the other stores were still waiting on them to come in but they had the exact one I wanted.

Well, it says on this site that they close at 7:00pm and it turns out that they close earlier, I arrived at the store before the indicated time and the store was already closed

So on today 02/19/2023 I called and called and called, I seems as if it’s a cell number to the business or son because they keep sending me to voicemail and I feel like that is unprofessional. I call one of the stores right by them and they said that they are open but no one is answering my call. That’s not how you treat paying customers. I hope that this issue is fixed .A very unhappy customer

Honestly, the establishment is very clean and the staff is very friendly. I mean it's the least they could do after adding different services to your account without your consent. Terrible experiences, every time I go there, I have to EXPLICITLY tell them not to add extra services.

Wonderful service and Maria was so helpful with me. I had a very stressful day dealing with my old phone service until I walked into cricket and she helped me out with no problem and saved me tons of money. Thank you Maria❤️
