Dunham's Sports is a store with a great variety for sports needs and other items. It is always clean and arranged for easy shopping. The store runs daily and weekly sales with plenty of clearance, allowing for great deals and reasonable discount prices. Customer service is reliable; staff are informative, helpful, patient, and engaging when found, though the store can feel understaffed. Stocking levels have improved, but selection can still be inconsistent. It operates in a sort of "self-serve" style but remains a "go to" for many customers seeking value.
