Fedex has the most uncaring support team. They have no phone numbers to get help except one 800 number which is answered by people that could care less.

They keep delivering to the wrong address. My number is clearly visible on my house, but for some reason my neighbors keep receiving my packages!!!! It's aggravating!!!

Honestly the worst mail delivery service in Georgia, maybe the entire country. More times than not, this FedEx in Statesboro fails to deliver our packages. This time, it was a delivery to some other home. I have no idea where and I'd bet they have no idea where they delivered it, either. There is an open investigation, thankfully, but it was supposed to take "up to" 24 hours. It been longer. The only time we have received any contact from them was very early in the morning. They did not leave a message. We called them when we woke up (we are on a night shift schedule), the person said they'd call the person who called us and find out and call us right back. They didn't at all. Its Wednesday now. The package was supposed to delivered on the 19th or 20th. Well it was put on a truck for delivery on the 19th(apparently the drizzle put it on weather delay). On the 20th, it was sent out and sent back claiming the address was wrong. YOU CAN GOOGLE THE ADDRESS AND IT DROPS A PIN RIGHT ON US! On the 21st, they delivered it...somewhere!It's a gift from my parents, probably perishables(they really like food gifts). So if it is food, it has probably gone bad by now.It shipped from just outside Atlanta and got to Statesboro just fine. Statesboro then seems to have lost it. USPS and UPS can find us with almost perfect accuracy . FedEx in Swainsboro can find us. BUT apparently the FedEx in Statesboro can't. I've been patient. I've tried going through the system, but that barely leads to anything.The worst part of this is not getting a choice to use FedEx, because if given the choice(as long as I live in this home) I would never choose FedEx to deliver me anything. What if this was more important then a present? What if this was some person's medicine? The service they provide (at least for our home) is down right terrible. It would have been far easier to take a 6 hour round trip to Ellenwood and picked it up personally. Instead we get incompetence.Is FedEx not training their drivers? Is Google Maps banned? Are these drivers being paid enough? Is my home concealed by ancient magics? What is it Statesboro FedEx? Why are you chronically incapable of delivering a package to me?
