Been banking with them for about 8 years and I've never had any issues at all. Recently got an auto loan through them as well which was a very easy process! I've always preferred Credit Unions over traditional banks, and the loan rates reinforced that reasoning!

When they lost the branch manger that had for years. The customer service is no longer there, you can’t get anyone on the phone. So you have to call another branch.

The customer service is terrible. Worst bank to ever bank with. I would prefer to use Navy federal because at least they have better customer service.

I needed some information for a few months now, I kept calling my local location and no answer but, the location here did. I spoke with Tia! She was great, very nice and gave me the information I’ve been needing!

GeoVista will process withdrawals and hold all funds before processing deposits which results in additional overdraft fees. I spoke with a representative today who told me this is typical and not a mistake on GeoVista. She also told me that overdrafts resulting from GeoVista due to holding funds and processing withdrawals prior to processing deposits cannot be returned to the customer.

5 ☆☆☆☆☆s, The Best Banking Experience I've known. Everyone is friendly, including the Bank Manager, Mrs Carleen. She's always been nice, and tries to help with banking issues. I've seen customers in there with bad attitudes, I mean, actually using profane language. But some people need to realize, that we all have our jobs to do, things happen, and we all sometimes make unintentional mistakes.
