I was really saddened at the customer service on Wednesday of this week. The clerk was busy attending to another customer which I totally understood. Problem was this, he never acknowledged me or even said I'll be with you shortly. That in itself would have made a big difference as to how in the future if I will shop here again. I went to this location yesterday and the Representative Logan was very helpful and informed me about the buy one get one kids vitamins. He also started a members account for me as well. Very nice! I would recommend this store location to anyone in the area.

I went there to get a gift card for a bday gift. The cashier pressured me into entering the phone of the person receiving the gift card. My concern is that it would alert the gift card recipient of my purchase. But she insisted I enter their number for “the points.” I just looked at the receipt and gift cards DO NOT EARN POINTS. Seems like she needs some training on this subject. The most concerning part is that she appeared to be training another employee. So now this misinformation has spread to that employee also. I’d also be willing to bet that when the gift card recipient looks at their rewards account they will be able to see the purchase. Very annoying.
