Mrs. Rhonda is an all-star!!! She helped us so much and was so knowledgeable about the process it was unbelievable. I was able to go through the entire process remotely without having to take time off of work. If you use her it will be a great experience if you do your part. Have all you documentation ready and she’ll make it a walk in the park.

Rhonda was amazing and walked us through everything over the phone until we met in person. I traveled 10 hours from Lousiana, she had an event to go to and stayed an hour over to get us pre-approved so we could make an offer on the house. She is hospitable, encouraging, and knowledgeable. From the day of our pre-approval with a VA loan to closing was only 23 days! Thankful we were able to work with Rhonda. We would recommend her 10/10.

I would like to take a second and brag a little about Rhonda Busby. Let me start off first by saying I am in my 40's and the opportunity of buying a house has never really presented itself. I spent a long time in the U.S. Army (now retired) and with constant relocating, a home purchase just wasn't possible. I have had numerous friends and family members that have purchased their homes and I have heard so many nightmares of how the process works that I was honestly scared to death to venture through this experience. I explained all of this to Rhonda on the very first call I placed to her making sure she understood I was extremely hesitant to go through this process. She stated she understood and she would walk me through the process step by step and not to worry. Well I am pleased to say she did exactly that. Never during the home buying process did I feel like I didn't know what was going on. Rhonda was kind, explained everything in great detail, returned calls or emails in a rather timely manner and over all just genuinely helpful. I am happy to say that thanks to Rhonda and her tireless work ethic, I am finally signing the paperwork on my first home purchase. Mrs. Rhonda was awesome and made my buying experience easy. I was more than happy to find out what I expected to pay for closing and monthly mortgage was lower than envisioned. She is fast, understanding, and was a joy to work with. I would highly recommend her for all you lender/housing needs.
