My experience is that this place is an absolute joke. The person preparing our taxes insisted that we owed the state of Georgia thousands of dollars ("call the governor if you don't like it"). My wife had to show her how she was entering information into the program she was using incorrectly- twice. If we had just trusted her, we would of been out a lot of money. Essentially, we ended up paying a few hundred dollars to do our own taxes.
