If I could give Bernard's Jewelers more than 5 stars, I would! I recently went in to get a custom ring guard made for my 20th-anniversary wedding ring, and the experience was nothing short of spectacular.
A huge shoutout to Tori, who was absolutely amazing in helping me design the ring guard. She truly listened to what I wanted and helped bring the vision to life perfectly.
From there, Polly took over and completely blew us away. Not only did she finish the ring guard in record time, but when it needed a slight adjustment, she went completely above and beyond. It was a busy holiday weekend, but Polly worked diligently, thoughtfully, and patiently with us to ensure it was absolutely flawless--and she made sure I was able to take it home that same day!
The level of care, and customer service we received from everyone at Bernard's was unmatched. many of my friends have raved about Bernard's, but now I have experienced them and we feel like we have officially found our trusted, go-to jeweler for all of our future needs. We are so incredibly thankful for the wonderful care we were given. If you're in Statesboro and need jewelry or custom work done, Bernard's is the place!

“Pawn City and friends has an awesome staff that will give straight forward and courteous customer service in a professional environment. The Manager as well as her splendiferous team will accommodate all your pawn needs. I rate Pawn City 5 trips back home to get my pawn slip out of 5. “I had two rings that had sentimental value to me, but were not very expensive that needed to be resized. I went to Bernerd’s and they told me they could not resize silver at all. Kay jewelers quoted me $900 for resizing the rings(For reference, I bought the rings at a side of the store stand in Alaska for $20). One of the rings could not be traditionally resized because of the way the opal was set in the ring all the way around. I came here and was quoted $90 for the rings to be resized with a bar placed inside the ring in order to not damage the opal. The rings were not able to be resized the way that we had initially discussed, so the owner took it upon himself to resize them in a more expensive manner, by added silver to the entire lining of the rings. He also discounted the service for it taking longer than expected. Overall, I was highly pleased with the care that was given and the extremely reasonable price I was given. I can’t speak for the jewelry sold here, but I was well taken care of and accommodated. 5 stars.”
