“They are so great! I was having a problem with my credit card, it had been tagged with fraudulent activity and put on hold. The owner was there and helped me choose a bottle of wine for my cousin as a gift, she loved it! She considers herself a wineologist and I believe her but I was afraid it would make her hard to please, So he did a wonderful job.He was extremely patient, he didn't get frustrated with my situation. He simply carried on and waited until I got off the phone with my bank then helped me figure out a way to get my full purchases. I've made it my 'go to package store'.”
