This Walmart never has anything you need. My roommate and I went to Walmart and my roommate went to buy wine. My roommate, who is 21. We got into line and we checked out separately. The lady came up to her said if I didn't show my ID to her she couldn't get the wine. I am not of age and so the lady snatched the bottle from my roommates hands and left. I understand they want to stop underaged drinking but seeing as though we weren't even checking out together, the Walmart helper had no right to take my roommates wine that she is legally allowed to purchase. Ridiculous.

If your time is valuable and you don't want to waste it, be very careful when ordering grocery pickup. I added some items to an order which had already been paid for, long before the cut-off time for pickup the next day. At check out for those items, I received this message. "Apologies. Something is not working here." Not one suggestion as to what to do about it. Being late at night, I didn't try to contact the store. Next day I placed my concern on "Contact Us" and promptly received a fast, foreign speaking response. She was unable to help in anyway. Can't get those last items added to my order, can't contact the store, etc.Perhaps one is no longer able to contact the store directly.FYI This was the Super Center Walmart in Statesboro, GA

I have been calling the mainline everyday at least four times daily for the last week to inquire about doing a fundraiser all for my calls to go unanswered! What is the purpose of having a phone system if you're not going to utilize it! Customer service at it's worst!!

Who set up the floor plan for this Wal-Mart? Clearly people without a lick of common sense or logic. I had wanted to look for luggage. Was there a sign indicating where that might be? No. I found the section by accident afrer wandering around. I also needed table napkins which would, LOGICALLY, be located somewhere near the paper plates. No. I didn't even bother trying to locate them. Condiments? No clue. The signage does not clearly state where things are in the store and everything seems to be laid out in a haphazard manner. When I asked an associate where Housewares was she indicated a vague direction staing "Over there". My response: "Over there...somewhere, right? That told me everything I needed to know (yes that was sarcasm brought on by frustration)." It's a shame this store is closer to me than the one in Pooler. At least in that store I can find what I need with little trouble. The Statesboro Walmart needs some real improvement!

I recently spent an hour calling the main line of the walmart superstore in Statesboro GA, with no answer. The line continued for 20 mins at a time and there was no way to dial a number to connect to an operator. There wasn't even an option to leave a message. Twice I had my call picked up and suddenly disconnected. Called the bakery out of desperation and asked if there was another number/line available and was told they do not have phone numbers to customer service or the pickup area! Was trying to save time, but only wasted it. Do not bother to call for any reason, other than the bakery. They do NOT answer phones! Highly disappointed and WILL be calling corporate to figure out why their phones are not working!
