Nice store however, the black lady at the register seemed to have an attitude. Not a great look when working in customer service.

About 9:50 am today I came in to get some gatorades. When I approached the counter the lady (dark skin with short hair) did not even smile or say “how are you” after I smiled at her and said “hello”. There is a deal on Gatorade’s that is 2 for $6. When she rung me up the deal didn’t pop up so I nicely asked her about it, to which she said “that’s why I just SAID do you have a Parker’s reward number” it’s just ridiculous the people that work in customer service who don’t even have the decency to smile at the customer, and then have an attitude for no reason. I was having a great day until my encounter with this woman although I will not let her bad attitude ruin my day. I just wonder how many other people’s days it’s ruined. Not sure that I’ll spend my money at Parker’s anymore, being that it doesn’t seem having customer service skills is a requirement.

No paper for receipts at the pump. Do not like having to walk inside.

Half the time the pay to the pump is broken, or they soda machines are out of service or some other management issue, but not the whole reason for my complaint.My husband (54) asked if I wanted to go with him to the store so he could get cigarettes (yuck) and we decided to pick up a 6-pack as well. I went without my purse and was shocked when the cashier insisted on seeing my ID as well, btw I'm 46, and although I take care of my skin I definitely don't look anywhere close to 21 or under anymore.This cashier was extremely rude, I guess she was upset we interrupted her socializing with her friend or co-worker. I rarely go to convience stores, but husband states he has seen her harassing other customers in the past.I'll be making formal complaint to corporate offices ASAP.P.S. I checked GA state law and she had no reason to ever ask for my ID

This is the BEST Parker's in town. Polly is my gir!l My husband and I agree that she is an example of how all employees should be. All of the staff are always polite and friendly. And this store is always clean.

Me and my friend went through the drive thru to get some fountain drinks, and my friend ordered a diet mtn dew. First the lady gave her a regular mtn dew bc she was in a rush, then when my friend said it was supposed to be diet she then goes to the lobby to get it as requested, as you may know Mtn dew is a yellowish green color. This lady then hands her a cup with soda water KNOWING the mtn dew was out instead of offering a different drink because she was annoyed. Rude service and I am sick of that. I work in customer service as well and I treat my PAYING customers how i would want to be treated at any establishment. Do better.
