“Great customer service. I purchased a Gorilla cart at Lowes this morning and went to pick it up. It was assembled and chained up in the parking lot. Lowes sorry customer support people would not help me. I cancelled the order immediately and went to TSC to see if they had any in stock. A guy was unlocking the gate and said yes they had some. They were on a pallet behind many others. He jumped on a forklift. Moved 12 pallets of materials out of the way to get to the cart. Drove it to the parking lot and loaded it in my truck before I even paid for it. I paid and left reminded that some businesses have excellent customer service and I need to make sure I buy from them not the sorry ones.”
“The girl working there was amazing! She had dark hair and glasses but her name escapes me now. I did tell her manager how she put everything down she was doing and rushed to helped me find the right cone for my GSP bird dog who had just been neutered at Fixing in the Burrough(another great place I recommend in Statesboro for low cost spay/neuter). Petco is great though. I get my cat litter there, dog food, cat food, collars, cones, harnesses, and I plan to sign my dog up for grooming soon.”
