I love their showroom they have abundance of options for tile but the show room is very simplified and not overwhelming. Also, Kris is always so relatable and helpful!

I'll just go to Lowes next time. The folks at Preferred seem like nice people but they let me down. My wife and I went in on Wednesday to pick out some tile. The lady was real nice and helped us. Towards the end, I pointed out that I had never done any tile work. We were planning to figure it out since we were short on time but I asked if they had any installers. She mentioned that one of their guys could possibly do it on the side. She ensured I would get a call in the next couple days. I decided to put off the project since I thought it was going to be taken care of. Come Friday morning I hadn't heard anything so I dropped by to see if they had the right number. The lady verified and told me she was having him call me that evening. I went in on Monday(today) after receiving zero communication and let them know I never heard from their guy. I only got blank faces so I just bought the basic stuff we had talked about and went to Lowes to get the rest. So here I am five days later starting a tile job I could have finished last week. I would have been perfectly happy with one call that said they weren't going to be able to schedule a time. The time frame was important because we were planning to have the place listed for sale this week.

I am a local builder in statesboro georgia. Wayne and his company have been doing my tile work and tile showers for over 15 years. I have never had any major issues with his work or any issues with him coming back to fix any little touch ups. I highly recommend Preferred Tile!!
