The post office has definitely gotten better over the years with new staff and recruitment coming in. I was able to receive a 50lb care package my parents sent me with no hassle and they even held on to the package until I had extra help to carry it. Overall, amazing experience.

As an upcoming sophomore I never had any issues with the post office. If you are NOT living in th Georgia Southern dorms you need to rent a PO box to keep the same number because it changes.

Kaitlyn was very helpful and made my experience very pleasant. I was able to receive my package quickly with out any hassle.
