“Amazing customer service!! This was the only place that had available units, at a reasonable price, when to move on a super tight timeline. I called and got everything set up over the phone super easily. When we were moving things out, I thought I'd lost the keys to one of my locks, and the guys were quick to offer assistance and even offered to run to Lowes and get a lock cutter. Luckily I found my keys pretty quickly, but still just so helpful and kind. I completely forgot to officially notify them we had emptied our units so I got charged for another month, but as soon as I called to ask for a refund, they said yes - no questions asked!”

“I made calls to storage centers before moving to the area. (Carrie/Kerry ?) answered my questions and was extremely helpful and kind. I was stressed out and she was comforting and helped me to decide what size I needed and discussed rates. I chose Midgard based off of how she helped me. Their rates and fees are higher than several others, but her kindness and helpfulness sold me. Moves are stressful, but she made me feel completely at ease. ( I am not positive on her name, but it is the lady that is in the Statesboro office. She is extremely welcoming every time I stop by. )”
