Easy to contact, very secluded and was very understanding when it was time to cancel, my only issue is sometimes the gate wouldn’t register my code to let me in the facility

My son died. All his belongings are there. They will not give me the gate code. I sent every legal paperwork I could send. They insist on POA. He didn’t have an estate. I need the gate code to get my son’s belongings. It’s just clothes person stuff but it was my sons.

Stayed at the lot for over a hour and half just to be told I can't store with my camper which doesn't move without ot being registered they say it has to be operable on its on its a camper non of them are operable on their own so that's a dumb rule and registered there's vehicles there with flat tires and no tag they pick and choose what they want to let in...

BE AWARE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE CRIMINALSThey towed my vehicle saying it was illegally parked even though they said I could park wherever. Did not bother to tell me about it kept billing me every month for it even 6 months after it was towed and no longer at the storage facility. They didn't give me a refund and they didn't bother closing out the account themselves if they knew my car hadn't been on their property and didn't do so until I filed a police report against them.THIS PLACE CAN'T BE TRUSTED, and my local sheriff department informed me that this place had been already been involved in multiple legal issues

Bill has gone up 100%. (from 45 to 90) + I'm now getting charged for lock rental fee and being told that I have to remove it because the location is unmanned. So who put it on there? I have or HAD my own lock. When I called to ask why I was told "We left you a voicemail stating why". All the voicemail says is give us a call at the number. When I asked why my lock is no longer there I'm told there are no notes and no one knows where my lock is. Funny how this happened two days right before a new bill is posted. Honestly think these guys cut my lock and put one of there own on for extra money. Got all these other fees on my bill out of nowhere also. 100% increase for an unmanned storage unit but I paid less when there were ACTUAL people in the office? Make that make sense. Going to be securing other storage options soon.

Nobody is actually on the facility grounds! When you call you speak to representatives and they always want to hang up. The gate is messed up so I can’t even get MY PERSONAL things out, and yet want me to pay for something I can’t get to! I want my things out!!!

They changed management and raised the rent. I am currently paying $119 for 10x15 ground level outside, which is being offered for $99. They never offer promos for existing customers. No one is ever physically there. Customer service is outsourced, so when the gate is inoperable (which is every time it rains) they tell you to drive around the compound and find a way in when I rented a uhaul to empty out my storage. So now I'm out $100+ for "24/7" access. I am annoyed their price keeps going up, but I cant access my storage when I would like. No one ever responded to my email.

Very bad customer service. My daughter showed up to put her stuff in a storage and there was a lock on the storage unit. She tried calling four different times got disconnected at least two times no call back. They were unwilling to give her a refund. They said it would be 6 to 7 days before someone could cut the lock off. I tried calling and they told me they were going to have someone cut the lock off they would call me back but never did. Currently this is ongoing I will post back but I would not use this storage unit. Looks like I'm going to have to drive three and a half hours with my truck to get my daughter's belongings and come back and store it at my house.

I came in and Jasmine she was the manager I believe had AMAZING customer service! She worked with me and showed me the units. She was really sweet. Will recommend to others!!
