“i've had tires done here, which took all day and involved a drop off. i know they are always busy, there are cars always in the lot and that's probably great for business. but i have to go to other shops in town because i cannot wait that long or drop off at 7 am with the "hopes" it is done by close. they are losing a lot of business opportunities for sure”

“We just had our car serviced here for 2 new tires and a wheel alignment. Brandi at the front desk was kind and greeted me right away when I came in. She also explained to me what was going on every step of the way. Their prices are reasonable for both the labor and parts; we were charged $300 less than what Mavis quoted us.
I read some of the reviews on Google before choosing to get our car serviced. I have to say from my experience, I would take a lot of the negative reviews with a grain of salt. I had nothing but a great experience and I'm going back later today to have something on our other car fixed. It's great to find a local shop that is both honest and serves the community well!”

“I showed up unexpected and dropped my car off the tow truck and said “please help me”. They did not hesitate to fit me in for a diagnosis and were EXTREMELY compassionate as I was a sobbing mess (alone in a strange place stranded hundreds of miles from home and hundreds of miles from my husband). They were so reassuring and kind. All in all my car was a mess too and not fixable in the moment but they talked me through everything-even where I could get food and alcohol to drown my worries while I waited for my husband to rescue me. It really was a terrible day for me and these strangers welcomed me and laughed with me (provably at me too-I was a disaster). They even called to check in on me in the evening to make sure I made it home safely. They were amazing-hands down the best service I’ve had in my entire life. Literally. Thank you!”

“I came to Mavis at 5:20pm on a Friday in a panic with my kids in the car because my tire wouldn’t hold air. The original clerk Kenny who was very kind and friendly quoted me a reasonable amount for air stem valve replacement and asked for a moment to speak with the Manager Jamie to see if he could get me a discount. He comes back to let me know they found a similar fix for just 10 dollars gets my car up on the mount to find it was just a loose screw and told me it was on the house because it was so simple. Jamie and Kenny were a blessing today. Jamie even joked around kids. The best service ever and not even because it was free.”
