Towing in Statesboro, GA

“Where do I began!!.. My car stopped in Statesboro on a Sunday morning on my way from Atlanta to Savannah. My car was towed to Collins Towing. On Monday I spoke with Shannon regarding my car. It was discovered that it maybe the starter, but after it was replaced the car still wouldn't start. So this is where the investigation began. It took a while to trace the wiring to try to figure out the problem. I called every day, and each time staff was courteous and patient. My family and questioned why it took a week to figure out the wiring issues. I told them, FIRST I wasn't their only customer. And it was a Towing company so, I'm sure Shannon had to leave periodically. He had help, very nice tall slender guy. And although I would get a lil impatient, I reminded myself, I was NOT their ONLY customer lol. Seriously. BUT Shannon voice sound so re assuring and kind, I felt like he could be trusted and not mislead me. Fast forward to Friday about 3pm. I was informed my car was ready. I live in Savannah.. So transportation had to be arranged. Shannon and staff was willing to stay over if needed until I got there. They also stated that if needed, he would meet me at the business on Saturday morning if necessary. I got my car Friday. And drove it back, I rode around all day Saturday, car is running great, with new starter , spark plugs and ground wiring issues was a success. And I got a two year warranty on the starter. Ladies, don't feel weary of choosing this company because Shannon was honest and did not try to nickle and dime me to death. The men in my life agreed as well. So with this being said. Thank you Shannon and Company for a job well done!!!!!”
