I’m new to the city of Statesboro. I had a package taken to UPS store that was supposed to be sent out Fed 20th Today’s date is 3/10/23 my package was never delivered to its destination! Verizon sent me a label of which was put on package then dropped of at your retail store ! Apparently it never got scanned! I’ve called the 800 number only to get NOWHERE… can’t understand won’t let me speak to anyone! Worst service EVER ! I’m from Phoenix AZ I can go to the store they go beyond their job description to help with what ever I need! Georgia is just the opposite no help just pass the buck now I have to drive to some college to see if I can get help … only stay open for hour and 15 minutes a day!! From 5 pm to 6:15 pm really!! Sign clearly frustrated ???

Can't drop off a package and they're drivers find stop signs to be a suggestion.

This customer center does not operate at the hours they are supposed to. UPS customer service states that the address should be open M-F 4:30-7. But they are NOT! I was there at 6:25 only to find out they were closed and they had returned my package back to the sender. I had been in constant contact with customer service over the terrible service that UPS has provided.

always a malfunction with the equipment resulting in late deliveries. Employee also stated that it was too many packages and “im not going through all that”. Extremely dissatisfied.

i bring packages here because i don't have to deal with the line and pull door at the UPS store in town. It's got a late drop off time and I can pull up to the door and unload easily. Sometimes I get help. Most of the time, I have 10 people just avoiding eye contact while I"m bringing in boxes up and down the steps to the conveyor belt one by one. While I don't expect help, it's laughable when an old guy is doing this heavy lifting when all these able bodied kids have zero interest. I just hope they help the ladies, that's all. And I have no idea what's with that water that's always on the floor. I've skidded on that so many times with a 30 pound box in hand. That's like a lawsuit waiting to happen, guys. I will refer to this review as Exhibit A for down the road.

I have issues with receiving my packages through this hub every single time. I call to customer service and complain about it and they supposedly tell dispatch and I never receive a phone call back from them. As of right now this hub has had my packages since weds of last week and still can’t find my house even after I called customer service to tell them that the address is correct and to have them call me or her put directions on my account but they never do. If I could know ahead of time if my packages would go UPS I’d choose not to use them ever again.

Dealing with UPS at this location and the telephone customer service center has been a terrible experience. We moved into a new construction at the end of February, and it took the post office and Fed Ex a couple tries to find our address. However, it is now the end of April, and UPS still cannot find our address. I have gone to the distribution center and provided written directions, given directions to the phone center twice and my packages are not being delivered. The worst part is the phone center continues to “escalate” to the supervisor (4 times now) with a promise that I will be called by that supervisor in 1 to 2 hours. I haven’t had a phone call back from anyone. I have stopped my Petco orders because they only use UPS for shipping. If you can help it, do not use UPS in Statesboro GA.

I took the time to stay home to get package delivered to finish a job. Was text it would be there soon. Never showed up. So I called and they are telling me I can pay to have it delivered tonight. By the way they text me and said address not deliverable. I'm on a major highway.Get stuff delivered 1 to 3 times a week.

They somehow delivered a sofa that was supposed to come to Statesboro to Ellabelle even though the shipping information was correct. The driver let someone else sign for it( even though the name of who sinlgned for it and the address did not match at all) and then they couldn't even find it once an investigation was opened. Nobody was helpful at all and you cant even get ahold of anyone unless you actually go up there.

I ordered several items from Lowe’s that were to be delivered thru UPS. For one, the first item which was $400, arrived damaged and dirty. I was angry about that, and I’m sure it was a handling issue. Second, I was expecting a $300 mirror on Wednesday and it had the same exact address and was from the same exact invoice the first damaged item came from. Which on the invoice from lowes has the correct address and house number. UPS claims that the “address didn’t exist or wasn’t marked” when clearly it stated my house number on it and there was no issue with the first delivery. Spoke with UPS yesterday (Wednesday) and they assured the item would be delivered today because the address was updated, only for the delivery to be delayed YET AGAIN because of “incorrect address” and today and was assured that the correct house number was noted. I’ve done nothing but call back and forth between Lowe’s and UPS with dead end answers instead of at least being able to switch the shipping address to somewhere I’ll know that I’ll get my things! At this point I can’t be sure if I’ll receive my item or not!! I’m worried as well because I am expecting more items on Friday I’m not sure I will even get. ? I have people working on my house that have to be told over and over that they have to put off the work. This is a complete inconvenience.

No one answers always automated with same info for days at a time..Need to speak with person for results or have option to speak to person not robot...NOBODY HONORS CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYMORE WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE ZERO IF OPTION AVAILABLE!!?

They stopped right in front of my house. Went to all my neighbors houses trying to find our house flying down there drive ways and just drove off with out delivering and marked it as the address doesn’t exist. Our house is very visible from the road and house number is marked on the house and mailbox. After 2 hours of getting transferred on customer service we finally was able to talk to some one. Who we thought would help us and told use they would be out within an hour. Well it’s been almost 3 now. I will be contacting the company we ordered the stuff from and letting them know they need to switch carriers or we will no longer be doing business with them.
