Just picked up my mail from my po box. A letter that had a card in it was perfectly opened completely. Well it was nothing exciting no credit card or gift card it was my GA license, which was made from right down the street. So I made the manager aware and her excsluse was the conveyor belt sometimes rips envelopes. When I say this envelope was perfectly opened from one end to the other its very clear it wasn't a tug from a conveyor. I continued to explain I'm not stupid, but im also not saying it necessarily happened at this facility so maybe keep an eye out and look into the sotuation. She was pretty confrontational about it which makes me curious. Used the excuse of i don't even open my own mail when im at home. To be frank I dont get a donkeys cactus what you do or do not do on your own time and that has nothing to do with this situation. I am going to file a formal complaint, but I would be very cautious with this location.

Three shipments confirmed delivered by USPS, but none arrived. I guess they can't read street signs or mailbox numbers. MOST USELESS, but they still keep raising prices. Why? Because someone has to to pay for their incompetence.

This post office needs a serious overhaul,audit or just plain shut down i believe the pony express would be better than theses people sad part is tax payer dollars is funding these people as long as they work there long to be able to retire on a federal retirement which should be pretty good sad part is that there not doing there job I've had countless number of packages that said they were delivered and no delivery was made scanning packages as delivered and not delivering them should be fraud especially when they write on government paper that delivery attempt was made and leave the note in the mail box i guess they think im supposed to sit at my mailbox and wait for them but that by definition is falsified documentation but we all know how this fairytale works

I live 2 hours away, someone my package got rerouted to them of all places. Suspicious. They then returned the package to the sender rather than just sending it back to me? Hardly a post office if you ask me.

I've gotten misplaced packages marked as delivered serial times from here they don't look into the cases in which I emailed them all it states is for redoulution, that someone may be stealing my mail when it's not possible for anyone to steal it because all boxes go in a lock box in which they put the key in others mailboxes that are also locked. I saw the postal worker to get the key and guess what they had to get it out of someone else box not to mention I get keys in my mailbox that isn't even my mail but being I'm a honest person I deliver to the people personally. They truly need to get better workers I've never had this issue before until I moved over here in this area.

They route packages to other locations and lose them.
Constantly.
Literally, they lose packages constantly and avoid people looking for them.
And of course the website will lock you out and not let you reactivate your account to you can't file claims against them (defunding at its finest).
Update: latest package finally arrived 5 weeks late. They sent my package to texas. I live in Georgia.

Advises incorrectly . Told my shipper that the package will arrive in 2-3 days using ground advantage . That was a lie. I will be filing a complaint once I find out the rep. Item needed to stay refrigeration so it’s going to expire . Thanks for nothing

Several times over the past year, packages are marked delivered but not there. I have camera so when it's marked left at door, no. No it's not. Then when I call.and they call the postman and say oh no I delivered in the mailbox. We'll which one is it. Because they also mark stuff delivered hours before they even come to your neighborhood. It's gotten to where it's sketchy, and I'm having to walk my neighborhood searching for packages that do show up. It's absolutely ridiculous and it doesn't matter who you complain to, they close cases with no resolution.
