I had just purchased this house and almost immediately started dealing with some plumbing nightmares. I called Affordable Septic Service, and I honestly cannot express how amazing these guys were. James, Tyler, Chance, and Jason came out the same day and performed absolute miracles.
A couple weeks before, they had already fixed a bad backup in my house and drained my septic tank. During that visit, they discovered serious issues with the old cast-iron plumbing under the house, as well as problems with the septic tank and lines. They gave me an incredible price, came back yesterday, and got everything done quickly, professionally, and perfectly.
These guys go above and beyond in every way—friendly, honest, hardworking, and truly skilled. They completely turned a nightmare situation into peace of mind. They really do live up to their name—Affordable Septic Service—and then some! I’ll never call anyone else for my plumbing or septic needs.

I’ve used Affordable Septic Service twice now, and both times they’ve gone absolutely above and beyond.
I recently had to call them again for what turned into another nightmare of a situation, and once again they were fantastic. They showed up ready to tackle the problem, worked efficiently, and didn’t leave until everything was fully taken care of. James and his team is knowledgeable, reliable, and genuinely cares about doing the job right.
I highly recommend Affordable Septic Service to anyone who needs honest, dependable, and top-quality work. They’ve earned my trust for any future plumbing needs on this Craptastic House I bought from Chip and Eleanor Patterson. Buyer beware in Georgia! (Don't buy a house from Chip and Eleanor Patterson - they do crappy house flips and screw you over!)

In 2024, Affordable Septic Service replaced the pump to our septic system. They did an excellent job so when we noticed that the lid to the distribution box was broken, allowing rain and debris into the line, we called them. They came out, replaced the lid, inspected the box and pumped the debris from the line. Their work was quick and efficient. The men were very knowledgeable and personable. We appreciate their professionalism and highly recommend them if you need these services. Great job,guys,

I had a number of stumbles working with Affordable, mainly around the multiple steps needed to confirm appointments, etc. before they would show up. Basically their process was not compatible with the fact that I do not always carry or answer my phone, especially after 6:00pm. However they did ultimately arrive and got the job done.

Called yesterday and I was able to book an appointment for today! The team that was sent out for the septic pump service was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They were also fast and efficient too. I absolutely recommend them, and I will definitely continue to use this company for future service needs!
