Worst service and gas station I’ve ever been to. Went to get gas, pump got stuck on “remove card”. Tried to cancel the transaction on the pump and was unsuccessful. Came into the gas station and was told my pump was active, tried to explain that the pump was stuck on remove card and not allowing me to do anything, Amal came out and told me to take my card out when my card was visibly in my hand and then tried to accuse me of getting gas already. Amal had to shut the pumps down because he couldn’t even get the pump to work. I came back to have my card refunded for the gas I didn’t get and was told by Amal over the phone to wait 7 to 10 days for it to go back on my card. It won’t go back on my card because the pumps were shut down and it’s registered that I actually did get gas when I didn’t.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. From what I have heard this is a regular issue. Don’t stop at this gas station, you’ll have your money taken, with no gas and they won’t do anything to rectify the situation.
