I Initially made an appointment to see Dr. Oh in Nov. I received a call two days prior stating that he would not be available so I rescheduled on 12/22 at 1:00. I received a phone call from the office the same morning wanting to see if I could come in earlier at 12:00 due to a scheduling error. I didn’t see Dr. Oh until after 2:00.The majority of the staff is generally very amicable but the x-ray tech’s attitude was somewhat disappointing. Dr Oh, however is awesome! He is extremely knowledgeable and has excellent “bedside manners”. This Stockbridge location is fairly new and I’m hoping that it can rectify its latest scheduling issues.

I came in for a cleaning. I have sensitive gums and asked Akeno to do the cleaning manually, which she did, then finished up with a quick polish. I would love to have her do my cleaning every time, but I realize she will be out when my next one is scheduled.

Excellent caring professional staff takes care of you like family.Beautiful office, efficient staff, knowledgeable and communicative.I felt no pain. They really care about your comfort. Clean, up to date, and pleasant staff.

The Stockbridge location was very good. Everyone I came into contact with was super nice and knowledgeable about the mouth and what should be done to make sure that the mouth is in great condition. I felt welcomed and heard which is a HUGE thing for me and my health, both medical and dental. Looking forward to continued care with them!!

This is the first time I’ve ever left a review for anyone. But Guys when I tell you these are some of the nicest folks ever. I’m so serious. I mean from the dentist to the hygienist to the Dental Assistant. Front desk and scheduling were also amazing can’t forget about them. They are so knowledgeable and courteous. I hate going to the dentist but they made me feel so comfortable and my anxious was gone not to mention they did an awesome job with my cleaning and filling, It has been so long since I’ve found people like this. You can tell they love the work they are doing and it definitely shows within the practice. ASPEN DENTAL ON 138 in Stockbridge GA YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!! ??????? and THANK YOU FOR BEING KIND❤️❤️

This was my first visit! I was impressed with the technician and doctors but not so much with the front office. I had to wait almost two hours after completing the exams for insurance confirmation. I was not happy especially when this should have been completed prior to my appointment.

Aspen Stockbridge office has exceptional customer service I recently had tooth pain and Aspen was able to see me the day before Thanksgiving! And I was a new patient.the Dentist, as well as the staff are an awesome group of people. I wanna say thank you ,from the bottom of my❤️??

When I went for my initial visit I was so scared and nervous due to past experiences with other dentists, but when I tell you that from the X-ray down to going over my treatment plan I had the BEST experience!!! They made sure I was comfortable and my fears were eased on every level, they were very patience with me as well as reassuring. The professionalism was so on point I highly recommend this place. If you have any fears The Aspen Dental staff in Stockbridge Ga will erase those fears.

Recently I had surgery to remove bone fragments from my jaw. They had been there for years, causing much pain. Dr Memic was able to remove them. Great doctor, everyone is friendly and provides great service! Thank you!!!

The experience was fast my teeth were thoroughly cleaned however they were all out of toothbrushes and mouthwash so all that I received at the end was toothpaste and floss. The bathroom in the front wasn’t the cleanest the toilet seat was up and there were stains on the underneath also there was a red ring around the toilet bowl. That was off putting.

My experiences with Aspen Dental have always been pleasant. If there is something that you are not happy about they will do their best to make it right until you are satisfied with it. The staff are always pleasant and greets you as a member of a family.

The young lady at the front desk did not greet me as I walked in. I said good morning her response was Morning as if she wasn't interested in being at work this morning. I gave her my ID cards and Insurance Cards and after not being able to locate my coverage the same young lady came into the exam room and said she doesn't have insurance loudly and walked out interrupting the doctor and the exam that was being performed. That was rude. I have insurance 2 policies at that. That was not a good first impression. But Dr. Mary Nguyen was exceptional, patient, and knowledgeable. If it were not for Dr. Nguyen, I would give this particular location 1 star.

Where do I start. Aspen Dental needs another class action suit on deceptive loan fraud.It’s a shame that I have to file a small claims court case against this business.Aspen is refusing to give my overpayment back. I’m trying too be civil regarding this matter. But I think they’re only civil if it’s in civil litigation.The law and the insurance company are on my side. Yet they are okay with committing theft by fraud. Please don’t sign any documents with this company before having a three way conversation with them and your insurance company.In order to have Aspen served I need the person or persons who handles their legal affairs. I was given a Syracuse, New York address. But they referred me back to the Stockbridge address. Who’s not taking my calls. In order for Henry County to serve them, I need a proper name attached to the document. If anyone can help me with this information please contact me on this site.I have been trying to resolve this issue since 03/28/2023. I’m a senior citizen who’s been taken advantage of. I will not sit back and allow this to happen to me. Mitch may I please have your last name? Please, and thank you!SJS..
