Today is Friday 7/5/24 currently 8:30pm. A lady who addressed her self as “A manager” told me as I approached the store front doors which state the store closes at 9:00pm that the store is locked and closed because “we’re not letting anyone else in because we have to be out by 9:00pm”. I am not an idiot and I have been coming to this store for a few years and never heard of you all locking customers out of the store 30 minutes before the store closes. I would appreciate it if whomever the General manager or the official store manager is would ensure that your store hours are posted appropriately and that your employees honor those hours. You all just lost a customer because of this ridiculous, lazy and apathetic work attitude!

The worst at home I've ever been to. It's very unkept. There was stuff all over the place. And I was there around 10a on a Monday so it should have been clean from the previous work day. I need to return something but I won't be returning it at that store. I will drive out of my way to return it to a nicer, cleaner store

They have a huge selection of outdoor cushions & are good quality. It was hard to maneuver around the store because of all the boxes to be put on shelves. I guess they are like every other business & have trouble getting enough help.

Great buys!
Too many items are not priced. Lots of aisles have items on the floor.
Checkout was easy. Cashier was very pleasant.

The one in Jonesboro is very unkept and unprofessional rude staff . I purchase a vase. The young lady did not wrap it in paper it crack when i took it out the thin plastic bag i took it back the manager said “ we not giving you no money back its your word against hers ????! We cant prove it was mot wrapped. …..Excuse me? Pull up your. Camera “ we not doing all of that. And walked away. The cashier. Roll her eyes and said next and ignores me the young lady at the other register shook her head and told me she was sorry for their behavior and told me to contact corporate via email and i will!!
