If I could leave less than one star I would. i went to trade in my phone on Jan. 3rd and was told by Andres that my iPhone 13 would qualify for a $1000 credit towards my new phone. after the transaction was made, I left with both my iPhone 13 and my new iPhone 15 because I have 30 days to return my trade-in. Once I return to drop off my phone on Jan 15th Andres then told me that he made a mistake by telling me the deal was still valid and could not honor my $1000 trade-in Because the deal ended on January 2. when I asked for the number of the manager of the store, I was given the number for Brandy ( assuming this is the store manager) and she never gave me a call or returned my calls for my concerns. if this is what AT&T has to represent their customer service, I may need to switch carries asap.

Only one person working at 5:30 pm. He was dealing with someone else issues that took him at least 1 hour after I got there. Then another customer walked in after me she also had to wait . You need another person at front to help with the other customers . Bottom line, I left and he was still dealing with that first customer. Is not his fault he can only do one customer at a time. The manager should have have more people working

Came in to this place after calling them yesterday to confirm they have a case and screen protector that fit my phone. Stood around for about 20 minutes without seeing anybody who appeared to be an employee before figuring out finally that a guy sitting talking to someone at one of the tables was actually an employee. When he went to ring me up for the case and screen protector, he said they couldn’t honor my 50% off coupon that came from AT&T. I called my AT&T account manager but the store employee said, “Oh, we don’t talk to them.” I then asked to speak to the store manager and he said they don’t have one right now. My AT&T account manager meanwhile had figured out the problem: This isn’t an actual AT&T store but instead is a privately owned “authorized retailer.” I’ve had some bad experiences in phone stores in the past but this was the worst ever!
