Lost all cards, called on the 4th the first time then three other times. So I went in person we can order you a card overnight but you have to wait to speak to a banker.. Time to move on, 32 years I've been with BOA

I recently moved to Stockbridge for the company I’m employed with and we have a business account with Bank of America. Periodically I have to make manual deposits and every time I visit I receive phenomenal service, however one particular person stands out, Candence, so welcoming, great customer service, always has a smile and always dress professionally. As I stand in line waiting to be served, I say to myself I want to go to her teller window, nothing against anyone else, it just feels good that in our world today, there’s still GREAT! customer service and she definitely gives that. Kudos to Bank of America for hiring and employing people like Candence.

Walked in to have some checks verified and the one lady working the line told me there were too many people behind me and it would take too long. Really poor customer service and I will be switching banks.

This is the worlds slowest bank I swear. They have the nerve to close the Morrow branch just to be super slow and not hire extra tellers at the Stockbridge location. I been in here 30 minutes & there's one teller but other people working. It is a disgrace that I can stand in line writing a bad review as I wait on super slow customer service. This Bank is horribly slow and inconsiderate of customers and their time.

I went to the stocbridge ga n henry blvd bank on 7,27,21 and both people working at the windows inside were rude the me the first lady yelled at me for not having a withdraw slip when I got to the window and the other yelled at me for everything they treat me like dirt and act like they did not want to cash my check when I have bank account they need nicer people working here this bad experience made my social anxiety worse after this experience I want to take my business to a new bank where the employees are nice and don't yell at you and talk to you like dirt!

The service is terrible. The opening of the bank is also for business. Why is the service so bad! The opposite Wells Fargo Bank is much better than you. I hope you can change your service attitude in the future.
