Batteries Plus does not program key fobs from some outside source. And they also do not program key fobs. That has a push button Start, I have a 2016 Chrysler 300 and they cannot program my key fob that I bought from Amazon.

Battery lasted very short time. No refund or replacement. Damaged keyfob- looks like pried open harshly.

I did not know Batteries Plus offers so much! My cell phone stopped working. Looks like the battery needs to be replaced. I searched on the internet then my phone to the closest Batteries Plus to test, then order my cellphone battery to ve installed. I also knew I had a bad car battery, had RJ re-test it then I purchased a new car battery that RJ then installed on the spot. This saved me so much time that I would have been waiting at a mechanics shop! Batteries Plus and RJ are the best!

I’ve made many purchases at this store but if I patronize this business again, it will only be to have my products shipped. Today I placed an order for curb side pickup. After placing the order and waiting for an appropriate about of time for the staff to pull 5 boxes of AA batteries, I finally went inside the store to see what the delay was. There were 4-5 employees grab assing in the store, and my order had not even been looked at. After the cashier was unable to locate my purchase in inventory, the store manager went to the shelves in the retail area and pulled 5 boxes off the shelf. Then the fun began…
I paid for the order in full online. The cashier asked me to produce the card with with the order was paid. I asked if there was a problem with the payment, and was told “no, we need to confirm it’s you for security reasons.” Ok, then. I show him the debit card. Not good enough. Needs to see my drivers license.
“Why?” I asked. The employee responds that it is to confirm my identity. Reluctantly I show him my license. Next, I’m asked for the date my driver’s license is issued. Really??? I provide the information. “When does it expire?” I ask why all of this information is necessary, especially when he is hand writing my personal information on the store copy of the receipt. Again he states, “security reasons.”
At this point I inform the youngster that I am 59 years old, have made more than my fair share of online AND SECURE purchases in my lifetime, and this is NOT necessary for security reasons. ESPECIALLY WHEN ITS BEING HAND WRITTEN ON A PIECE OF PAPER THAT IS NOW SOMEWHERE OUTSIDE MY CONTROL.
The store manager, who heard this entire conversation, pipes in and informs me that it is a corporate policy of Batteries Plus. I told him that the policy is unacceptable.
I’ve made my last visit to this franchise.

The Batteriesplus store in Stockbridge, GA #125. Is simply the best. When I entered the store, I was immediately greeted by Joshua Riner. He was polite, Courteous, and extremely professional. He installed my key fob without any issues or delays.
He was fast, efficient and delivered on exactly what he was going to execute. Jeff Fox the store manager has done an excellent job at training, coaching and developing his team at this location. Ethan and Rafael, Device Repair Techs are both knowledgeable and very engaging with customers also. Joshua, took care of all my pain points and offered assistance. Joshua gave detailed instructions of his next steps during the installation process and kept me informed during this entire transaction. Joshua was also very patient and explained the why's of what he accomplished on my device. I would recommend this location to everyone and I will definitely pass it along across all of my social media platforms including Instagram and Facebook. You guys are amazing at what you do. Keep up the good work.

I would rate 10 stars if I could. Today was my 1st time visiting here and Rafael made this an amazing experience for my spouse and I. He was very informative on which battery best suited my vehicle. He also was very patient with us. He answered all questions with professionalism and respect. He also cleaned my spouse’s phone for him. RAFAEL THANK YOU!! We will be back simply because of how you made our experience. My expectations were exceeded! Check them out. Great service and prices.

Long story short, I got a key programmed for my truck, and it stopped working in less than five days. I went back to ask for a refund, but the worker called the store owner—who was pretty rude, by the way—and he refused, saying they should have informed me that there’s no guarantee. Even other customers confirmed they don’t mention that policy. The owner then told the worker to refuse me service, so I disputed the charge and won. I’d recommend going to the other location where they actually use a device to program the key to your car. From my experience, this place was just bad business when it came to key programming.

Very helpful in securing a rare battery for my 2004 Suzuki motorcycle. They even refused to sell old stock and ordered a fresh battery for me. Price was comparable or less than online Amazon deals. I would highly recommend this business.
