Every time I come here tap pay never works. The ONLY Chase bank I ever have a problem with. Someone needs to get this fixed. It's been like this for months. I can go to any other Chase and get access to the inside after hours with my tap pay and ATM. And I can do neither one at this bank.

Mr. J. Williams, who is one of the Bankers provided Excellent Customer Service. The situation I had with Card Services Mr, Williams never had a encounter like mines but had no issues helping to resolve it. Mr. Williams has been a quality staff member at Chase Bank for a number of Years. I don’t go to his office often but when I do he’s ALWAYS Professional and Engaging. I seen his interactions with other customers as well giving him a wave entering or leaving the Bank. Thank you for being a asset to Chase Bank and your warm Smile is a pleasure.

My mission was accomplished today due to the Manager on duty, Amber's, due diligence! Amber was processional, efficient, & devoted personal attention & dedication to fulfill the purpose of my visit to her branch location today! Amber & her Front Emd Teller were able to achieve what the branch & Duluth, GA could/would not!! Excellent Customer Service from Amber & her Teller, at the far left of the front end this a.m. approx 11:30 !.a.m. - forgive me your name escapes me at this moment. KUDOS to you both!!

I was not able to access the lobby ATM the last two times I visited this location. I have encountered problems with inability to deposit money and lack of access to the lobby ATM and drive up ATM on the weekend.

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the access issues I have encountered when attempting to use the ATM after regular business hours. It is my understanding that I should have access to the ATM during these times for a secured transaction experience. However, there have been persistent issues with the keycard, which has been non-functional for several weeks now.This situation has led to considerable inconvenience, as I find myself waiting in a queue of vehicles encircling the premises late at night, just to utilize the only functional ATM. This prolonged and frustrating process not only consumes a significant amount of my time but also raises security concerns due to the accumulation of cars in the vicinity.I kindly request an explanation for the prolonged malfunction of the keycard system and the resultant inability to access the ATM conveniently and securely during after-hours. Addressing this issue promptly would greatly improve the banking experience for customers like myself and prevent unnecessary inconveniences.I look forward to your prompt attention to this matter and appreciate your assistance in resolving it.

I wanna give a HUGE shoutout to the manager (Ms.Lammond) that’s located at the Stockbridge bank!! I deposited a check in ATM and it said it was going to take 2 weeks to clear and I had stuff to pay for and I’m never in the negative so I went inside to talk to the bank teller and she told me “well you just goin to have to pay over draft fees”. I didn’t think that was fair so I asked to speak to manager! She calmed me down! Handled my situation within 1 business day! Check was released and my problems were solved! Thank you so much to that manager! I am very grateful and happy to be apart of chase

I love how chase has the 24 ATM located on the inside, but the front lobby smells like pee. It's essential that they invest in the thing that scans your debit card to unlock the door. It's safer and makes me feel way more bougie and safe.

Oh my God they was a lifesaver they help me so very much thank them I really do think this bank at this location they help me so very much and I left my wallet and they called me ASAP right away to tell me that I had left my wallet that's was so nice of them and they were so wonderful kind generous people thank you Chase Bank of Stockbridge Georgia.
