Their website says open and it’s 30 minutes past the opening time but they’re closed and not a person in sight
Update, it’s now been an hour past opening time and still not open or any employees around

Just went there at 2:30 pm on a Friday and the store is closed during business hours. Call before you go because they randomly close the store without notice.

I have been a customer at Cosmo Prof for years I have never entered the establishment and saw a sales associate sitting on the counter. The sales associate customer service was awful. They were talking loud and being obnoxious. When I went to purchase my items sales associate decided to throw my items in bag. She also over stuff the bag and when I addressed her she just handed me the bag to bag my own items. This is the WORSE customer service ever!!! At least when you guys were in Stockbridge the associates were nice and helpful. These associates are need TRAINING! They have NO knowledge of this industry. A new crew is needed or call back the old crew or move some people from McDonough location. They are way better then the associates I encountered today.

Never is open on time!! The worst location ever. Hire new staff or close this location down! I now have to go to work without the product I need for the day! I hate this location!!!!!!
Came back the next day because this is the only supply store near me. It was once again not open at 8am and no employees to be found anywhere around.

On multiple occasions they have not been open by 8:30. They are supposed to be open at 8am. Very disappointing because I have to go to work.

I've been coming to cosmo prof for about 11years and have visited a number of locations in and out of state. This week was my most favorite..the best visit I've had, ever. First, this is probably the fifth time I've been to this location since relocating and this particular location is so much better. I feel better walking in. The space, environment, and mood is just different in there. Mainly, this was my first time meeting Ms.Janet and I'm so glad I did. I honestly didn't want to go to the store this week but when in I was doing my "shopping" comparing my choices and Ms. Janet was acknowledging that we were there and making her presence known for assistance. Her smile and tone were inviting. As she was stocking and selling I became aware of the knowledge and wisdom that she has. As Ms.Janet shared with me it enhanced my desire and plan to create more often. She was very helpful, knowledgeable (products, prices, brands), and polite with everyone including a shopper who came across facety. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Cosmo Prof this time..short but sweet.. and I truly appreciate the above and beyond character Ms.Janet exhibits.
