The women in the pharmacy were mean and unpleasant. One of the women hung up the phone on me when I tried to explain that I was not using insurance and I was going to pay for the medicine myself. I was asking questions and she got annoyed and hung up. When I went into the store, another lady was somewhat more helpful but the one who hung up on me stayed behind the counter. This is the 2nd CVS in the area where tthe pharmacy staff has a horrible attitude and the customer service sucks.

Jade and the other wonderful tech made my horrible experience with Express Scripts a much better one. From the consultation to the quick friendly customer service literally was life changing for me. I have had previous horrible experiences at this store but this was a newer staff I dealt with today and every single person was friendly and professional!

Neighbors if you shop at the CVS in Stockbridge please call 18007467287 and complain about trash outside of this store. I put a complaint on their Facebook page last month. I called today. This wouldn't happen in Buckhead!

This was the absolute worst experience! The customer service rep was helpful with my pictures but the manager came and was rude ! I spent an additional hr for photos ! Would not recommend

Yesterday I had an appointment with Walgreens Piedmont and was told to have CVS give them a call to transfer my prescriptions. The lady gave an excuse that it was an hour before closing and that they need four hours in advance. Which isn't my issue. This is after being on hold for 45 minutes waiting. The lady told me she would call Walgreens if it wasn't ready tonight it'll be ready by the morning. Which she didn't. Here comes today 4/21/2021 I call around noon and the lady never called Walgreens for my inhaler. Why lie and say you would if you weren't. It should matter if y'all close at 8pm if I called before then my prescriptions should be ready. That's just plain lazy! Then to say the doctor only sent over an inhaler not the allergy medicine is beyond me at this point. To say doctor had called it in tells me Walgreens had to call to see the issue. Prescription not ready and she tells me an hour it should be ready. If I called earlier I shouldn't have to wait at all. Do better ! Whoever the young girl was that answered seem as if she had an issue and a attitude. I won't be a returning customer to this location pharmacy. I never have these issues with the CVS down the way or any other pharmacies. It's a shame we have to be on hold for almost an hour.

Sandra T went to the pharmacy today to talk to them about a problem with a prescription and the pharmacist was horrible , a terrible attitude had the audacity to accuse me when confronted with a situation , not good I have had a few terrible experiences . but this time did it the pharmacist was extremely unprofessional . and since she is the head the techs are just as unprofessional , they seem frustrated all of the time and not in a good moods most of the time!

Went today to the minute clinic to get a sports physical for my child. There was no wait. The nurse practitioner's name was Angela. She was very professional and made the process seamless. I was very impressed with the flow and registration process. I would return if I needed to.

Worst CVS Pharmacy I have EVER been to!!! This will be my LAST time refiling any medication at this location!!! HORRIBLE customer service, everyone always has an attitude. Horrible knowledge of insurance policies and procedures!!!!!
However, the cashiers up front are always pleasant. :)

The pharmacy is horrible, the attitude of the pharmacist is the real issue, does not answer the phone when it is ringing out and also does not acknowledge her customers. The pharmacist tech did not say hello are anything just looked at me, however when I left he did say have a good day. The reason I gave the review a three star instead of 1 star because of the people on the register in the front of the store, excellent customer service.
