The Mt Zion Pkwy location is one of the worst to fill a prescription at. It takes forever to get assistance from the pharmacy tech. When/if your prescription is ready at the time you arrive, you will wait 30 plus min to be helped. They need to hire people with customer services skills. They also do not answer when you call. The drive thru window wasn't working and no one had common sense enough to put a note on the window to let customers know. Or communicate the issue via the pharmacy speaker.

I have a prescription for a medicine that I was going to self-pay, without using insurance. The pharmacy staff was so nasty in the way they treated me, both on the first and 2nd times I went to get my prescription filled. First, they quoted me an outrageous price, knowing that the regular price was half that. While still expensive, the medicine was available and they made me wait and go back and forth between several technicians. One particularly mean woman was an African lady who spoke to me with a very nasty attitude each time I went to the pharmacy. I ended up getting the prescription filled the second time at the North Henry location and they were horrible too. One of the pharmacy workers hung up on me. Why are all these women so mean and unpleasant??

Wow! I was just completely ignored while trying to find out about my medication. I will not be coming back. Very unprofessional pharmacy staff completely

I have to say I received AMAZING service! The manager was extremely patient and informative (even though I kept calling) the ladies helped assist me with my doctors error as well as giving me important information for future visits. Danella and Andrea deserve a RAISE!!! Thank you CVS for being amazing! These ladies are blessings!

Had to confirm an at-home positive COVID test. The Minit Clinic staff was very professional and caring. It was a quick visit as well. Love that you can register and check-in online prior to your visit.

The “Minute Clinic” says they offer physical exams for jobs, school, etc. after driving nearly 40 minutes they tell me they won’t do it. All it was was a simple checklist for a job asking for my current heart rate, if I’m on any medication, basic stuff like that. Do not come here if you need any kind of checkup or physical done.

It's a store/pharmacy open when.most are closed, where you can stop and pick up medication, food, drinks, home items, makeup, and just about most things you can think of.

If you’re losing clients I can see why!You have a Pharmacy Manager that tells you that you can’t just pick one script you have to get all of them at once!If you can’t change your employees you need to change them!

This review is for the manager Tiffani and the product was the Garneir Sleek and Shine.She was completely rude to me when I asked for a price correction on a product. When she went to go and see the price in the aisle, she stated that the price was what it was and that customers move items all the time. I stated to her that I understand that however the whole row and the row above had the same brand of products. She then begin to insinuate that I could have put the products there which I was ver upset over. I told her to forget it, and I just purchased the couch items. I then got a $4 receipt off of an item and decided to get the other product that I wanted then she wanted to change the price for me. I told her that she needs to stick to her guns and that the damage was already done. She was very rude and unprofessional and made it seem like all the customers that come into cvs loves items to other prices to benefit them.

This review is for Andrea the employee that works in the pharmacy, and no matter what chaos is happening Andrea is always smiling! I despise going to the pharmacy, and this one would be at the bottom of my lists; but y’all have Andrea there. To the powers that be, who make the decisions in the company, the ones that determine raises, and the ones that understand the attitudes of employees and how customers are treated should make Andrea their shining star buried deep in the pharmacy , facing upset people because there are not enough employees, every staff member shows the anxiety and agree they are feeling, and then in the middle of chaos there she is smiling, speaking with the inclusion of names of all frustrated customers, and that smile and Andrea understanding of what we are feeling waiting for medication after a longs day work! It is irritating to come in this location at 10am or 9pm and 1 employee is working the drive thru, 2 cash registers, answering phones, filling orders. Smiling the entire time and then the pharmacist gets mad and in front of everyone says I’m not chasing her in reference to a customer that was waiting for close to 2 hours. She should have chased her and apologized. I recommend CVS make Andrea a trainer, she will be phenomenal as a leader! She can help the staff find that happy place and continue to give customers GREAT SERVICE!

The “Melissa Harvey” at this particular cvs is a liar and racist. She’s very unethical and if you are receiving treatment here i recommend you ask for anyone else but her. She delayed my test results and didn’t call me like she was supposed to and then lied about it , lied about contacting my pharmacy because I asked. Kept lying to me and refused to treat me . She also lied to me about the medication I was able to take I suggested only receiving service from the POC !!!

This place should be shut down!!! I called the pharmacy from 4pm until 7 pm to see about my son medication and nobody answer I gets in my car drives up there getting there at 7:30 stayed in line until 8:15 for them to tell me that they don’t have my son medication . He’s very sick and I could have been transferred his medication to another cvs if they had answered they phone not to mention they drive thur was closed and they had so many people in line and enough people to help us out . This place don’t not need to be open cause they are horrible! And I won’t stop with letting the world know how horrible yall are and will never do business at this EVER!!!Yall don’t deserve the truth ne start I gave yall frfr

I feel as though CVS has a great experience with giving extra bucks and benefit to your account out of nowhere sometimes. But sometime I have to call In because the extra bucks were missing.
