I honestly hate that I’m even writing this right now. I walked in excited to treat myself, and I walked out with both hands in pain and my nails looking like a complete disaster. The technician was so rough that my fingers are still throbbing—my skin was scratched and dug into with their nails, and I felt more like I was being hurt than cared for.
I’m heartbroken. I paid full price for something that genuinely made me want to cry. This wasn’t just a bad nail job—it was a painful, upsetting experience that left me feeling crushed and honestly questioning if I even want to go back to a salon again.
I didn’t want to post this, but I don’t want anyone else to feel how I feel right now. Please look at the pictures and see for yourself.

I was a a customer for over five years until recently . I usually have Kim do my nails but Lena has done my nails at least twice. Last visit I was the second car. The first car had two people in it. The first person went to kim and I asked Lena if she was doing the Second Lady and she said, yes. I was next person in line. Kim was still busy and Lena finished the second lady and went to the person that was the fourth car and skipped me and another lady. I questioned Lena about it and she said I thought you were waiting on Kim. I said, I asked when I came in if you were doing the Second Lady. A light bulb should have went off in Lena’s head that this lady wants either myself or Kim. Instead of Lena apologizing to me , she apologized to the lady that was fourth in line told her she would have to wait until she finished me and then told me to sit in her chair. She then stated rushing through my nails with an attitude and would not look at me or respond when I pointed out how she had just cut my nail uneven. I asked her if she was upset and with no eye contact she said , no. After I left I called back spoke to Kim and told her about what happened and Kim started making excuses for Lena. I went back today to have Kim fix my nails. I saw Lena and said hello Lena, she completely ignored me. I pointed that out to Kim again she continued to make excuses for Lena saying she was on the phone, which was a complete lie. I was looking right at her. One thing I hate worst then poor customer service are people lie and don’t accept accountability for there actions. Lena, you need to learn how to take accountability when you are wrong! You were wrong and you should have apologized, Instead you held a grudge and didn’t have the decency to speak when I spoke to you. Who raised you??!!! When someone speaks to you , you acknowledged them. Without customers You have no business !!!! If you are going to serve people here in America, learn how to provide good customer service and learn some manners!! I will never patronize your salon again! and I will be sure to let everyone I referred to your shop of how I was treated while in your establishment. I pray you learn how to treat people in the future.

I've been coming to Kim since 2017. I moved back to NY and every time I visit Georgia I still make sure that Kim is able to make my nails look beautiful. She's always been a great provider of excellent customer service.

I’ve NEVER had a bad experience here! Every time I come my nails and toes are perfect. The owner(s) are the best! I moved from the area after 10 years and went somewhere closer… I’m back now! I’ll make the drive for the beautiful nails and toes!

They are very unprofessional and they do not know how to do acrylic on your toes. The owner said he had appts but was not doing anything the whole time I was getting my toes done because he who is who I preferred to go to. He has a demeanor that comes across very entitled and self centered. I will never return!

I was referred by a friend, and she didn’t steer me wrong! The staff is friendly, the store is clean and updated, and they have a lot of colors to choose from. They don’t take appointments though, so have time yo wait if needed. I will be back!
